The 2024 Springfield is Indian's hard-bagger tourer — valanced fenders, a quick-release windshield, hard saddlebags, and a console-mounted 7-inch Ride Command running the Thunder Stroke 111/116. That factory screen already does Apple CarPlay, but only over a cable. HogPlay's USB-C adaptor cuts the cord: it plugs into the Springfield's factory USB port so CarPlay and Android Auto go fully wireless, then a Media Box or Piglet drops streaming apps straight onto the dash. Nothing to cut, no dealer visit, and it all comes back out if you ever want stock again.
USB-C Bypass Required
The factory 7" Ride Command runs Apple CarPlay by USB cable only — no wireless, and no Android Auto. A HogPlay USB-C bypass makes CarPlay wireless, then a Media Box or Piglet adds Android Auto and streaming apps.

HogPlay changes only the connection, not the head unit: the USB-C wireless CarPlay activation adaptor makes the existing screen pair over Bluetooth/Wi-Fi, the Media Box brings CarPlay and Android Auto plus streaming, and the Piglet keeps everything powered through the bike's factory USB port.
