How can this be used with a HogPlay Media Box?
HogPlay media boxes are designed to plug into CARPLAY / ANDROID AUTO media ports, not dedicated charging ports.
If you require additional supplement power for your media box, this can be combined w/ out Y Cables to deliver more power when the factory USB isn't enough.

What is the HogPlay Charging Ports for?
HogPlay Charging ports are designed to add additional charging ports to your motorcycle. They are stand alone power systems that draw directly from your Motorcycles power system not your infotainment system allowing for higher charging rates and preventing factory burn-out
Is Professional Installation required?
This is an easy 2 wire installation.
Professional installation is not required. Depending on the location you choose to mount your USB ports will change the difficulty of the installation.

Where does this get installed?
The Charging Port Power supply should be installed in your fairing or hidden in your battery location. The charging ports may be routed inside of plastic gloveboxes or even underseat connection.
(Pro Tip - Be sure to connect HogPlay Charging Port power connections to a SWITCHED or IGNITION output to prevent battery drain)
Do this alter or change my existing USB Port?
HogPlay Charging Ports are stand alone USB charging systems. They do not interact with your factory media connections at all.
Is this only compatible with motorcycles?
This piece is a universal piece that will add USB charging ports to any 12V system. This means installation on watercrafts, side by sides, go carts, select golfcarts and more! Just ensure the supplied power source is rated at "12 Volts".
