The 2024 Indian Pursuit is the trunk-equipped flagship of Indian's touring line, and it ships with a 7-inch Ride Command touchscreen that already speaks Apple CarPlay — but only through a cable. HogPlay's USB-C activation adaptor turns that wired connection wireless, and a Media Box or Piglet layers in the streaming apps Ride Command leaves out. Everything plugs into the factory port and reverses cleanly, no dealer visit.
USB-C Bypass Required
The factory 7" Ride Command runs Apple CarPlay by USB cable only — no wireless, and no Android Auto. A HogPlay USB-C bypass makes CarPlay wireless, then a Media Box or Piglet adds Android Auto and streaming apps.

Built on Indian's liquid-cooled PowerPlus 108 — a 108 cu-in (1,769cc) 60-degree V-twin shared with the Challenger — the Pursuit is the full-dress luxury tourer of the range: a fixed, frame-mounted fairing, integrated hard saddlebags and a rear trunk. For 2024 the Pursuit line spans Dark Horse and Limited trims, most available with the PowerBand Audio speaker upgrade — see those trim pages for verified 2024 finishes. The 7-inch Ride Command display with navigation is standard, and factory Apple CarPlay works over USB. To make CarPlay wireless and add Android Auto plus streaming, HogPlay pairs its USB-C bypass with a Media Box or Piglet — the same Indian Ride Command setup covered on our Indian Ride Command radio page. PowerBand only upgrades the speakers and amplifier; it does not change the head unit or how the bypass installs.
2024 Indian Pursuit CarPlay & Android Auto — FAQ
Does the 2024 Indian Pursuit support wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto?
Yes. The 2024 Indian Pursuit factory Indian 7" Ride Command runs CarPlay by cable; a HogPlay bypass makes it wireless, and a HogPlay Media Box or Piglet adds Android Auto, streaming and apps.
How do I get wireless Android Auto on the 2024 Indian Pursuit?
Android Auto on the 2024 Indian Pursuit needs CarPlay enabled first: a HogPlay bypass makes the factory Indian 7" Ride Command CarPlay wireless, then a HogPlay Media Box or Piglet adds wireless Android Auto and streaming apps.
What apps and streaming can I run on the 2024 Indian Pursuit?
A HogPlay Media Box turns the 2024 Indian Pursuit into a full media center: Android Auto, Apple CarPlay plus Netflix, YouTube, maps and music. A Piglet adds wireless CarPlay and Android Auto in a smaller package.
Is the HogPlay install on the 2024 Indian Pursuit plug-and-play and reversible?
Yes. Every HogPlay upgrade for the 2024 Indian Pursuit is true plug-and-play — a simple electrical connection with no cutting, splicing or flashing, and it's fully reversible. Setup is easy; exactly how you reach the connector varies by bike (USB adaptors plug straight in, while some radio-mounted bypasses need brief fairing or radio access).
Do I need a bypass to add Android Auto to the 2024 Indian Pursuit?
A HogPlay bypass makes the 2024 Indian Pursuit factory Indian 7" Ride Command Apple CarPlay wireless and is the gateway to Android Auto. The bypass alone doesn't add Android Auto; pair it with a HogPlay Media Box or Piglet to add wireless Android Auto and streaming apps.
