2021 brought the touring-family displacement bump to the Tri Glide Ultra: the Milwaukee-Eight grew from 107 to 114 cubic inches under the same three-wheeled body. The trike's electronics didn't move with it — the Boom! Box GTS still runs the show from a 6.5-inch touchscreen in the batwing fairing, wired to a USB-A port in the inner fairing. That screen supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto out of the box, gated behind a paired headset the factory expects to see. HogPlay's bypass removes the headset check, and a Media Box or Piglet then carries wireless CarPlay, Android Auto and streaming apps out through the trike's speakers — no dealer, nothing permanent.

The factory Boom! Box GTS radio locks CarPlay behind a paired headset. A HogPlay headset bypass removes that so CarPlay and the USB port work without one — then a Media Box or Piglet adds wireless CarPlay, Android Auto and streaming apps.

Because the radio didn't change, neither did the CarPlay situation — the GTS screen recognizes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, but only after it sees a paired headset. HogPlay's bypass spoofs that pairing, and once it's in, a Media Box or Piglet unlocks wireless CarPlay, Android Auto and streaming through the trike's own speaker set. The work is plug-and-play and leaves nothing cut or spliced.
