The 2006 Harley-Davidson Ultra Sidecar shipped with the factory Harman/Kardon Advanced Audio — a solid unit in its day, but no Apple CarPlay, Android Auto or touchscreen. Even with better sound, this Harman/Kardon unit has no Apple CarPlay or Android Auto - that technology was still years away from any motorcycle. Riders wanting wireless phone integration on this fairing today move to an aftermarket CarPlay radio built for the factory opening; Aquatic AV and Rockford Fosgate both build touring units for this dash with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto onboard.
Add a HogPlay Media Box and the rig gains Android Auto plus Netflix, YouTube, YouTube Music, and podcast streaming from an SD card or USB drive.
