2003 Harley-Davidson: Anniversary Year CarPlay Fitment

Harley's 100th-anniversary model year is indexed here across every family — Road Glide, Street Glide, and Electra Glide among them. Anniversary badging aside, the radios underneath still predate CarPlay by well over a decade, and this hub sorts out exactly what to do about it.

About 2003 Harley-Davidson

2003 is remembered for the anniversary paint and commemorative details Harley added across the range, not for anything new happening behind the dash. Touring families kept their legacy AM/FM tuners, the Electra Glide family grew to seven trim configurations, and Softail-side cruisers continued shipping with no radio at all — the anniversary badge changed the paint code, not the wiring diagram.

Whatever family you're working from, the fix is one of two proven paths: an aftermarket CarPlay radio built to the factory fairing opening for touring bikes, or a Media Screen for anything with no dash to begin with. Start at the Electra Glide hub for the widest trim spread this year, or the Road Glide hub if a shark-nose fairing is what you're actually riding.
