2003 Harley-Davidson Street Glide Models

2003 Street Glide CarPlay Upgrade

A single build again for 2003: the anniversary-year Street Glide, batwing fairing intact, running the exact same pre-CarPlay legacy AM/FM deck this platform has carried since the turn of the millennium, commemorative badging notwithstanding, with no smartphone support built into the dash anywhere at all.

About 2003 Harley-Davidson Street Glide Models

Special badging for Harley's centennial didn't extend to the Street Glide's electronics in 2003 — the batwing fairing hid the same legacy tuner as the standard 2002 model, sometimes backed by Harman/Kardon speakers depending on trim, but with no Bluetooth, no aux worth using, and nothing resembling a screen. It's a radio designed for a motorcycle era, not a smartphone one.

An aftermarket CarPlay radio sized to that batwing opening swaps in cleanly and brings genuine wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to the anniversary bike. For a less invasive route, a Media Screen mounts to the 2003 Street Glide's bars and runs independent of the factory unit entirely, with no dash surgery required and the anniversary trim left untouched.
