Wireless Apple CarPlay & Android Auto for the 2003 Harley-Davidson CVO

Harley's 2003 CVO catalog dresses up the Electra Glide, Road Glide, and Street Glide platforms with premium paint and trim — but the sound system underneath is the same-era analog head unit, with zero CarPlay support. Start with the CVO Electra Glide, CVO Road Glide, or CVO Street Glide below to find the wireless upgrade built for your fairing.

About 2003 Harley-Davidson CVO Models

CVO — Custom Vehicle Operations — was Harley's factory custom program, and in 2003 it meant hand-painted graphics, upgraded suspension, and higher-spec trim stacked on the Electra Glide, Road Glide, and Street Glide chassis. None of that extra polish touched the electronics: these bikes left the factory with the same legacy AM/FM radio as their standard-trim siblings, years before Harley wired any touchscreen or Bluetooth into a fairing.

HogPlay closes that gap without touching the CVO paint. Drop in one of our aftermarket CarPlay-ready radios sized for the factory opening, or keep the original head unit intact and add a handlebar-mounted Media Screen instead. Either path brings wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to a bike that's otherwise stuck in 2003 — and the same fix carries over to later CVO years like the 2004 CVO lineup and 2005 CVO lineup.
