2025 Harley-Davidson Skyline CarPlay & Android Auto Upgrades
Harley-Davidson's 2025 faired touring lineup runs the 12.3-inch Skyline infotainment display — Apple CarPlay is built in but gated behind a paired Bluetooth headset, which is why Street Glide and Road Glide riders asking about CarPlay need a bypass, not a cable. The trikes still run the older Boom! Box GTS, and the Softail & Cruiser side never had a factory radio at all.

The faired 2025 tourers — Street Glide, Road Glide and the CVO lineup — run Skyline, which locks Apple CarPlay behind a paired headset. A HogPlay bypass unlocks wireless CarPlay, and a Media Box or Piglet adds Android Auto and streaming on the factory display.
The Tri Glide Ultra and Road Glide 3 trikes still carry the older Boom! Box GTS (a headset bypass unlocks those). The Electra Glide, Road King and the radio-free Softail & Cruiser range have no factory screen — a self-contained Media Screen or an aftermarket CarPlay radio is the fix there.
