Factory codeRA1250SE
EngineRevolution Max 1250 · 1,252cc
Factory head unitNo factory options — HogPlay Screen recommended
Factory USB locationNone
Fairing Stylenone — ADV cockpit with small adjustable windscreen

The 2025 CVO Pan America carries over Harley's Revolution Max 1250 adventure platform essentially unchanged — same 1,252cc engine, same TFT instrument screen, same ADV cockpit — with one visible update: a new carbon-blue paint scheme. What didn't change is the audio setup. The RA1250SE still ships with no factory speakers, so the factory dash can mirror your phone but can't play anything out loud without a paired Bluetooth headset. HogPlay's answer is a self-contained 7-inch CarPlay screen that mounts at the cockpit and brings its own built-in speakers, so wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and your streaming apps play out loud off the cowl's USB-C — plug-and-play, fully reversible, no dealer visit.

No Factory Radio — Add Your Own Screen

The 2025 Harley-Davidson CVO Pan America left the factory with no radio, stereo or touchscreen to bypass — so instead of a workaround, you add your own. A standalone HogPlay Media Screen is a 7-inch head unit with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, live Maps & Waze navigation, calls and streaming built in — we recommend the Screen 7 Pro with its onboard DVR drive-cam. Most riders settle for Bluetooth-only kits that leave the phone in your pocket with no turn-by-turn directions; this puts it all on the bars instead. It mounts to the handlebars with basic power and ground and comes off just as easily, so reach out to the HogPlay team if you'd like a hand. (Media Box support on Screens is in development.)

We also stock universal parts that fit the 2025 Harley-Davidson CVO Pan America and most other motorcycles — standalone CarPlay screens and universal USB power.

About the 2025 Harley-Davidson CVO Pan America

For 2025, the CVO Pan America is a carryover year mechanically — the Revolution Max 1250 (1,252cc), the small adjustable ADV windscreen, and the cowl-mounted USB-C port all return unchanged from the prior model. The one update riders will notice is cosmetic: Harley moved the flagship trim to a new carbon-blue finish.

What hasn't changed is the audio gap. The factory TFT display mirrors a paired phone, but the bike has no onboard speakers of its own — without a headset, there's nothing to hear. Rather than a radio bypass (there's no speaker system to unlock), HogPlay fits the 2025 CVO Pan America with an add-on 7-inch CarPlay screen carrying its own built-in speakers. It plugs in at the cowl's USB-C and puts wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and streaming audio at the bars — plug-and-play, nothing spliced.

The HogPlay Media Screen on the 2025 Harley-Davidson CVO Pan America runs a dual-Bluetooth design — pair your phone for wireless Apple CarPlay or Android Auto on one channel while the other feeds an auxiliary amplifier, handlebar speakers or a portable Bluetooth speaker. A small built-in speaker handles turn-by-turn voice prompts and light audio on the move, and the fully sealed, waterproof housing is built rugged to stand up to the weather and the elements the 2025 Harley-Davidson CVO Pan America rides in.

Android Auto on the 2025 Harley-Davidson CVO Pan America: HogPlay makes the 2025 Harley-Davidson CVO Pan America run wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay — compare every Android Auto for Harley-Davidson & Indian motorcycles option, then confirm your exact fit with What Fits.
