The 2015 CVO Road Glide kept the shark-nose fairing and CVO-grade trim, backed by the same capable Boom! Box 6.5 GT touchscreen. That radio still has no factory Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. No Factory CarPlay — GTS Swap or Aftermarket
The 2015 Harley-Davidson CVO Road Glide ran the factory Boom! Box 6.5 GT — no factory CarPlay or Android Auto. Two ways to add it: swap to a 2019–2023 Boom! Box GTS and add a HogPlay GTS Bypass for wireless CarPlay, or fit an aftermarket CarPlay radio (SoundStream, Rockford Fosgate, Boss, Diamond Audio, Aquatic AV). Either way a HogPlay Media Box adds Netflix, YouTube and streaming and a Piglet adds Mirror Link and AirPlay. No headset bypass required.

The 2015 CVO Road Glide carried the shark-nose fairing forward with fresh paint and trim, and the Boom! Box 6.5 GT touchscreen was still one of the more capable factory infotainment setups on two wheels. It's still missing wireless phone projection entirely, though — no Apple CarPlay, no Android Auto, straight from the factory.
The aftermarket route is straightforward: brands like Boss, Diamond Audio, and Aquatic AV build CarPlay head units sized for the Road Glide's dash, and most include Android Auto on the same unit. If you want a factory-style alternative, swapping in a 2019-2023 GTS radio and running a HogPlay CarPlay bypass adaptor unlocks that radio's built-in CarPlay and USB port (it doesn't add Android Auto by itself).
From there, a HogPlay Media Box brings Android Auto plus streaming apps — Netflix, YouTube, YouTube Music, podcasts — off an SD card or USB stick with no phone data burned. A USB Piglet is the pick if you want Android Auto and screen mirroring instead, and a bar-mounted Media Screen suits riders keeping their current radio. None of this needs a headset bypass; that only applies on the factory-radio side.
