The 2014 CVO Street Glide is Harley's premium batwing bagger, running the touchscreen Boom! Box 6.5 GT radio that was genuinely sharp for its era but was never built with Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. HogPlay closes that gap with a wireless-CarPlay aftermarket radio or a bypass-equipped GTS swap, bringing modern phone integration to a bike that already has everything else dialed in.
No Factory CarPlay — GTS Swap or Aftermarket
The 2014 Harley-Davidson CVO Street Glide ran the factory Boom! Box 6.5 GT — no factory CarPlay or Android Auto. Two ways to add it: swap to a 2019–2023 Boom! Box GTS and add a HogPlay GTS Bypass for wireless CarPlay, or fit an aftermarket CarPlay radio (SoundStream, Rockford Fosgate, Boss, Diamond Audio, Aquatic AV). Either way a HogPlay Media Box adds Netflix, YouTube and streaming and a Piglet adds Mirror Link and AirPlay. No headset bypass required.
We also stock universal parts that fit the 2014 Harley-Davidson CVO Street Glide and most other motorcycles — standalone CarPlay screens and universal USB power.

The CVO Street Glide has always been Harley-Davidson's showcase bagger — premium paint, upgraded suspension, and in 2014 a Boom! Box 6.5 GT touchscreen that was the top factory radio on offer. It's a great-sounding unit for its era, but Apple CarPlay and Android Auto simply weren't part of Harley's factory electronics yet, so navigation, calls, and music apps stay on your phone's screen instead of the bike's.
Riders who want turn-by-turn maps and hands-free calling on the bars usually go one of two ways. The straightforward route is an aftermarket CarPlay radio from a brand like SoundStream or Rockford Fosgate, most of which include wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto right out of the box and drop into the factory fairing opening — no headset bypass required since it's a full radio replacement. The other path is swapping the factory Boom! Box for a 2019-2023 GTS unit and adding a HogPlay CarPlay bypass adaptor, which unlocks the GTS's factory CarPlay and USB port.
Whichever radio ends up in the dash, a HogPlay Media Box adds Android Auto along with Netflix, YouTube, YouTube Music, and podcasts, playing straight off an SD card or USB drive with no phone data used. A USB Piglet is the smaller option, adding Android Auto plus Mirror Link and AirPlay screen mirroring. If you'd rather keep a compact bar-mounted display instead of tackling the head unit, a Media Screen is worth a look, though most riders replacing an existing radio choose to upgrade the head unit itself.
HogPlay Media Boxes work on Diamond Audio, Boss Audio, Rockford Fosgate, SoundStream and Aquatic AV aftermarket radios to unlock apps, streaming and more — it's not just for factory screens. Running an aftermarket head unit? See the matching aftermarket radio pages.
