The 2012 Harley-Davidson Switchback debuted as the Dyna line's do-it-all cruiser-tourer, its quick-detach windshield and leather saddlebags letting riders swap from open-road tourer to stripped-down bobber duty in minutes. Under the tank sits the Twin Cam 103, the torque-heavy big twin Harley made standard on the Switchback right from its launch year. What the 2012 Switchback never got was a factory radio or screen — so riders add the HogPlay Media Screen, a 7-inch bar-mounted display bringing wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to the bars.

The 2012 Harley-Davidson Switchback left the factory with no radio, stereo or touchscreen to bypass — so instead of a workaround, you add your own. The HogPlay Media Screen keeps pace with that flexibility: it clamps to the handlebar, taps into the bike's 12V power and ground, and runs turn-by-turn navigation, calls, and music straight from a paired phone.
Installation stays simple and fully reversible — no dash cutting, no wiring harness surgery — so the screen comes off just as easily as the windshield does when the 2012 Switchback calls for a different kind of ride.
The HogPlay Media Screen runs dual Bluetooth — pair your phone for wireless Apple CarPlay or Android Auto on one channel, then feed a second channel to an auxiliary amp, handlebar speakers, or a portable Bluetooth speaker. A built-in speaker covers turn-by-turn prompts and light audio on its own.
