Custom Vehicle Operations trim in 2004 meant hand-applied graphics, upgraded chrome, and higher-spec components layered onto the Electra Glide, Road Glide, and Street Glide platforms. The stereo, however, stayed factory-standard: a basic AM/FM head unit with none of the Bluetooth or touchscreen features that would eventually reach Harley's lineup more than a decade later.
