About 1999 Harley-Davidson Ultra Models

1999 rounds out the decade with the Ultra family at its widest yet: Ultra Classic, Ultra Limited, Ultra Classic Shrine, two FLHTCUI sidecar listings, and the Japan-spec sidecar all shipped from the factory with the same AM/FM head unit and upgraded speaker package Harley had fitted to Ultra trims for years — no CD changer, no aux jack, and nothing wireless anywhere in the range.

One aftermarket CarPlay radio fits that shared fairing mount across every 1999 Ultra trim, turning the factory deck into a wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto system without any body modification required.
