2023 Harley-Davidson Standard — HogPlay 7-inch CarPlay & Android Auto screen fitment
Factory codeFXST
EngineMilwaukee-Eight 107
Factory head unitNo factory options — HogPlay Screen recommended
Factory USB locationNone

The 2023 Standard keeps the Milwaukee-Eight 107 in a chassis built to look stripped and stay that way, with bare bars and no gauge-mounted display of any kind. Harley simply never wired a screen into this bike. HogPlay's 7-inch Media Screen mounts to the handlebars and turns on with power and ground, bringing wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to a bike that never had either.

No Factory Radio — Add Your Own Screen

The 2023 Harley-Davidson Standard left the factory with no radio, stereo or touchscreen to bypass — so instead of a workaround, you add your own. A standalone HogPlay Media Screen is a 7-inch head unit with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, live Maps & Waze navigation, calls and streaming built in — we recommend the Screen 7 Pro with its onboard DVR drive-cam. Most riders settle for Bluetooth-only kits that leave the phone in your pocket with no turn-by-turn directions; this puts it all on the bars instead. It mounts to the handlebars with basic power and ground and comes off just as easily, so reach out to the HogPlay team if you'd like a hand. (Media Box support on Screens is in development.)

We also stock universal parts that fit the 2023 Harley-Davidson Standard and most other motorcycles — standalone CarPlay screens and universal USB power.

About the 2023 Harley-Davidson Standard

The 2023 Harley-Davidson Standard keeps the Milwaukee-Eight 107 in the stripped-down Softail form the model is known for — low, blacked-out, and built with bare handlebars instead of a fairing or gauge cluster with a screen. Nothing about the factory setup includes a display or a stereo of any kind.

That absence is precisely why CarPlay and Android Auto matter here: mapped directions visible at a glance instead of buried in a pocket, calls answered hands-free through a helmet headset, and music or a podcast queue controlled without ever touching a phone. On a bike with no factory screen or radio to build from, those features only work if they show up as one finished unit.

That's what the HogPlay Media Screen brings to a 2023 Standard: a bar-mounted 7-inch display running on power and ground, with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto already built in. Its Bluetooth audio in and out means it can send sound to a portable Bluetooth speaker or plug into an amp and speaker setup already installed, rather than relying only on its own built-in speakers.

The HogPlay Media Screen on the 2023 Harley-Davidson Standard runs a dual-Bluetooth design — pair your phone for wireless Apple CarPlay or Android Auto on one channel while the other feeds an auxiliary amplifier, handlebar speakers or a portable Bluetooth speaker. A small built-in speaker handles turn-by-turn voice prompts and light audio on the move, and the fully sealed, waterproof housing is built rugged to stand up to the weather and the elements the 2023 Harley-Davidson Standard rides in.
