2020 Indian FTR 1200 Rally CarPlay Upgrade

Indian’s street-tracker-inspired 2020 FTR 1200 Rally ditches the touchscreen approach entirely in favor of a compact circular TFT gauge, which means there is no factory infotainment system standing between you and a clean-sheet CarPlay install.

About 2020 Indian FTR Models

The 2020 FTR 1200 Rally trades cruiser and bagger styling for a flat-track look, and its dash follows suit — a small round TFT display handles speed and trip data, but there is no touchscreen, no built-in speakers, and no Bluetooth head unit to speak of. That is part of the FTR’s appeal as a stripped, rider-focused machine, but it leaves phone mirroring entirely off the table from the factory.

A HogPlay Media Screen mounts to the bars of the FTR 1200 Rally and adds a genuine Apple CarPlay and Android Auto display with its own audio, all without touching the stock gauge cluster or wiring.
