The FXDR 114 is Harley-Davidson's performance-cruiser take on the Softail platform, built around the Milwaukee-Eight 114 and styled to look like it just came off a flat-track course. That's exactly the kind of blank canvas where wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto matter most. Turn-by-turn directions, calls, and music all move to a screen you can glance at while riding, instead of fumbling with a phone mounted to the bar.
Because there's no factory head unit to tap into, HogPlay built its bar-mounted Media Screen to stand entirely on its own: a 7-inch display with CarPlay and Android Auto built in, needing only a power and ground connection to run. It also carries Bluetooth audio in and out, so it can play through its own speakers or hand the sound off to a portable Bluetooth speaker or an amplifier already wired into the bike.
