Touring riders on the 2019 Road Glide, Electra Glide, Ultra, or CVO platforms all share the same Boom! Box GTS or 4.3 unit, which treats a paired phone as a Bluetooth headset rather than a wired CarPlay source. Every other touring fairing built that year hides the same logic board underneath.
Get a wired handshake back with a Boom! Box-compatible headset bypass and a media box, both sized to drop behind the fairing on any touring family. Riders on the screen-free Softail & Cruiser lineup skip the bypass step entirely and go straight to a bar-mount Media Screen instead.
