The last legacy Ultra trims — Ultra Classic, Ultra Limited, and both Tri Glide Ultra Classic editions — ran a factory AM/FM stereo with no CarPlay support in 2013, and none was ever added in any later production run, special anniversary edition, or optional accessory package.

About 2013 Harley-Davidson Ultra Models

2013 was the final year for Harley's pre-touchscreen Ultra platform, and the Ultra Classic, Ultra Classic Shrine, Ultra Limited, Tri Glide Ultra Classic, and Tri Glide Ultra Classic ANV all shared the same factory fairing stereo built around basic AM/FM and CD playback. Loaded with touring features as they are, none of these bikes had any way to mirror a smartphone — CarPlay wasn't part of Harley's design vocabulary yet.

HogPlay brings any 2013 Ultra model up to date with a CarPlay-ready aftermarket radio built for the factory fairing, or a bar-mounted Media Screen for wireless CarPlay and Android Auto that keeps the stock unit intact. It's the same fix used on the 2013 Electra Glide and CVO lines, since all three share the same fairing architecture and mounting hardware.
