Across all 27 models in the 2011 Softail and Cruiser lineup — from the Heritage Classic and Deluxe down to stripped customs like the Forty-Eight and Cross Bones — Harley simply didn't install a factory audio system. That's true of the touring-adjacent cruisers and the performance-oriented Night Rod Special alike. With no head unit in the dash, there's no firmware to flash and no menu hiding a CarPlay option.
