About 2007 Harley-Davidson Road Glide Models
Every 2007 Road Glide shares the same frame-mounted, shark-nose fairing Harley introduced for the FLTR line, and every one of them left the factory with a basic AM/FM head unit built for cassette-era expectations, not smartphones. There's no Bluetooth pairing, no aux jack worth trusting, and certainly no factory CarPlay — that technology was still years away from Milwaukee. Sidecar-equipped FLTR models carry the identical stereo, so the audio limitation is the same whether you're riding two wheels or three.
The fix is an aftermarket CarPlay head unit sized for the Road Glide's factory dash opening, paired with a HogPlay bypass adaptor if you keep the stock switch controls, or a bar-mounted HogPlay Media Screen if you'd rather not touch the fairing at all. Either route gets you wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto on a bike that never shipped with either. Start from the Road Glide page or the FLTR sidecar page for parts matched to your exact trim, or browse aftermarket radio options built for this generation.
