The 1998 Harley-Davidson Heritage Springer paired a springer front end with deep fenders and a solo-and-pillion saddle, a Softail built to look like it rolled straight out of the 1940s while running the torquey Evolution 1340 underneath. Factory equipment stopped at an AM/FM radio in the fairing-less cockpit — no touchscreen, no phone integration, nothing digital at all. Riders wanting turn-by-turn navigation or music streaming had no clean factory path.
