The 2026 Pan America 1250 Special still runs the Revolution Max 1250 and still ships without a screen, radio, or head unit of any sort. Harley built this bike to go anywhere, but never wired it for a phone. HogPlay's bar-mounted Media Screen gives the 2026 Special wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto in a single self-contained unit.
No Factory Radio — Add Your Own Screen
The 2026 Harley-Davidson Pan America 1250 Special left the factory with no radio, stereo or touchscreen to bypass — so instead of a workaround, you add your own. A standalone HogPlay Media Screen is a 7-inch head unit with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, live Maps & Waze navigation, calls and streaming built in — we recommend the Screen 7 Pro with its onboard DVR drive-cam. Most riders settle for Bluetooth-only kits that leave the phone in your pocket with no turn-by-turn directions; this puts it all on the bars instead. It mounts to the handlebars with basic power and ground and comes off just as easily, so reach out to the HogPlay team if you'd like a hand. (Media Box support on Screens is in development.)

The 2026 Pan America 1250 Special is the latest evolution of Harley's adventure-touring platform, powered by the Revolution Max 1250 and built for riders who split time between highway miles and rougher terrain. As with every year before it, the bars arrive completely bare.
A bike this capable deserves navigation, hands-free calling, and music that doesn't require pulling out a phone mid-ride — exactly what Apple CarPlay and Android Auto provide. The 2026 Special simply has no factory screen to run them, since there's no head unit on board at all.
HogPlay's Media Screen mounts to the handlebars and functions as its own complete head unit, with wireless CarPlay and Android Auto built in and running on nothing more than power and ground. Because it also carries Bluetooth audio in and out, it can pair with a portable Bluetooth speaker or hand off to an existing amplifier and speaker system, well beyond its own built-in speakers.
