For 2026, Harley's CVO and touring trims run the 12.3-inch Skyline infotainment system, a genuine leap in screen size and graphics over the old Boom! Box — but CarPlay still won't activate until a compatible headset pairs to the bike. Indian carries its 7-inch Ride Command display into another model year largely unchanged: wired Apple CarPlay across Chieftain, Roadmaster, Pursuit, Challenger, and Springfield, still no Android Auto, still tethered by a cable every time you ride.

Skip the headset workaround entirely with a HogPlay bypass adaptor and Media Box on Skyline, or add a USB-C bypass and USB Piglet to go fully wireless on Ride Command instead of staying tethered by a cable.
