Indian's Ride Command system is genuinely good hardware — capacitive touch, real GPS, and native wired CarPlay — which is exactly why the Challenger's missing Android Auto support feels like an odd gap rather than a limitation. Since the screen and wiring are already there, no new display is needed; a CarPlay bypass adaptor intercepts the connection and adds Android Auto alongside the CarPlay that already works.

The Challenger Limited gets the identical fix despite its extra chrome and premium Rockford Fosgate audio, since the underlying Ride Command unit doesn't change between trims. Install takes minutes because it taps into the existing USB run rather than requiring any new panel cuts or wiring behind the fairing.
