The 2020 Harley-Davidson Standard set out to be Harley's stripped-back Softail: a blackout, bobber-styled cruiser built around the Milwaukee-Eight 107 with nothing extra bolted to the bars. Harley never wired in a screen or a stereo, so there's no gauge cluster infotainment to work around. HogPlay's bar-mounted 7-inch Media Screen fills that gap with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, running off power and ground alone.

No Factory Radio — Add Your Own Screen

The 2020 Harley-Davidson Standard left the factory with no radio, stereo or touchscreen to bypass — so instead of a workaround, you add your own. A standalone HogPlay Media Screen is a 7-inch head unit with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, live Maps & Waze navigation, calls and streaming built in — we recommend the Screen 7 Pro with its onboard DVR drive-cam. Most riders settle for Bluetooth-only kits that leave the phone in your pocket with no turn-by-turn directions; this puts it all on the bars instead. It mounts to the handlebars with basic power and ground and comes off just as easily, so reach out to the HogPlay team if you'd like a hand. (Media Box support on Screens is in development.)

We also stock universal parts that fit the 2020 Harley-Davidson Standard and most other motorcycles — standalone CarPlay screens and universal USB power.

About the 2020 Harley-Davidson Standard

The 2020 Harley-Davidson Standard is built around the Milwaukee-Eight 107, wrapped in the leanest bodywork Harley offers on a Softail frame — blacked-out finishes, a low seat, and handlebars with nothing but switches and grips. It's a bike designed to look unfinished on purpose, which also means it left the factory with zero infotainment: no screen, no speakers, no way to pair a phone.

That's exactly why riders reach for CarPlay and Android Auto here — turn-by-turn navigation without pulling over to check a phone mount, hands-free calls at highway speed, and music or podcasts pulled straight from a phone instead of a wired-in stereo that was never installed. On a bike this stripped, those features have to arrive as a complete unit, not a retrofit into hardware that doesn't exist.

The HogPlay Media Screen is that complete unit: a 7-inch display that clamps to the handlebars and runs off power and ground alone, with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto built in. It also carries Bluetooth audio in and out, so it can push sound to a portable Bluetooth speaker or feed into an amplifier and speaker setup already on the bike — no factory radio required, because there never was one.

The HogPlay Media Screen on the 2020 Harley-Davidson Standard runs a dual-Bluetooth design — pair your phone for wireless Apple CarPlay or Android Auto on one channel while the other feeds an auxiliary amplifier, handlebar speakers or a portable Bluetooth speaker. A small built-in speaker handles turn-by-turn voice prompts and light audio on the move, and the fully sealed, waterproof housing is built rugged to stand up to the weather and the elements the 2020 Harley-Davidson Standard rides in.

Android Auto on the 2020 Harley-Davidson Standard: HogPlay makes the 2020 Harley-Davidson Standard run wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay — compare every Android Auto for Harley-Davidson & Indian motorcycles option, then confirm your exact fit with What Fits.
