Harley built the Softail Standard to be the value entry into the Softail family, trading chrome and options for a minimalist, blacked-out look riding on that same rigid-look Softail frame and Twin Cam 103 big twin. It's a bike meant to be ridden, not accessorized — which is exactly why a factory-style screen was never offered on it. The HogPlay Media Screen closes that gap without touching the stripped-down character of the bike.
Installation follows the bars: the unit clamps onto the handlebar, wires back to a switched power source and ground, and mounts using a reversible bracket that leaves no permanent marks on the Standard's factory setup. No dash cutting, no fairing to fabricate — just a clean bar-mounted screen that goes on and can come back off just as easily.
