The 2013 Harley-Davidson XR1200X left the factory with no radio, stereo or touchscreen to bypass — so instead of a workaround, you add your own. Harley built the XR1200X as the sharpest-handling Sportster ever offered, borrowing its aggressive stance, low-slung solo seat, and blacked-out finish straight from flat-track racing heritage, all powered by the tuned 1200cc Evolution engine that gives it real snap off the line. It was never meant to carry fairings or infotainment, so the HogPlay Media Screen is built to disappear into that same minimalist look.
The 7-inch unit clamps to the handlebars, taps into a 12V power source and a ground point for the wiring, and mounts in either orientation, so it reads right whether you run it upright or flipped under the bars.
Beyond CarPlay, the HogPlay Media Screen runs two Bluetooth connections at once on this 2013 XR1200X: one links your phone for wireless CarPlay or Android Auto, the other streams audio out to a handlebar speaker, portable Bluetooth speaker, or auxiliary amp. A small onboard speaker handles turn-by-turn directions and light audio on its own, and the whole unit is fully sealed and waterproof, built to shrug off rain, road grime, and vibration.
