What it never had was any place to mount a display, which is exactly the gap the HogPlay screen closes.
Installation follows the bike's simple electrical layout: the 7-inch unit clamps to the handlebars in view of the rider, taps into a switched power source and ground, and that's the whole wiring job. No dash cutting, no fairing modification, no factory harness to splice into. The mount reverses for left or right-side placement depending on how the Super Glide Custom's bar-mounted controls and switch housings are laid out.
Every 2010 Super Glide Custom fitted with the HogPlay Media Screen gains dual Bluetooth built to run two jobs at once: one channel pairs your phone for wireless Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, while the second streams audio out to an auxiliary amp, handlebar speakers, or a portable Bluetooth speaker.
