2010 was the final model year for the Softail Custom before Harley folded its look into the Blackline and Fat Boy Lo for 2011, which makes this bike the last of the true FXSTC-badged customs. The Twin Cam 96B still delivers the low-rev thump the model was known for, and the stripped-down cockpit — no fairing, no batwing, nothing to hide a screen behind — is exactly why the HogPlay unit was designed to clamp straight to the handlebars.
Installation stays true to that simplicity: the mount clamps onto the bars in view of the rider, a power lead runs to a switched 12V source and a ground point, and the whole unit is reversible for left- or right-side mounting depending on how the Custom is set up. No dash cutting, no fairing modification, no factory harness to splice into.
