The 2007 Harley-Davidson Wide Glide is Milwaukee's factory chopper: a raked-out 32-degree front end, a skinny 21-inch front wheel, and deep-valanced fenders styled straight off the drag strip. 2007 was also a milestone year under the tank — Harley bumped the Dyna line's air-cooled V-twin from 88 to a stronger 96 cubic inches (Twin Cam 96), paired with the six-speed Cruise Drive transmission. What the factory never gave the Wide Glide is a stereo. Bolt on the HogPlay Media Screen and this 2007 Wide Glide gets wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

No Factory Radio — Add Your Own Screen

The 2007 Harley-Davidson Wide Glide left the factory with no radio, stereo or touchscreen to bypass — so instead of a workaround, you add your own. A standalone HogPlay Media Screen is a 7-inch head unit with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, live Maps & Waze navigation, calls and streaming built in — we recommend the Screen 7 Pro with its onboard DVR drive-cam. Most riders settle for Bluetooth-only kits that leave the phone in your pocket with no turn-by-turn directions; this puts it all on the bars instead. It mounts to the handlebars with basic power and ground and comes off just as easily, so reach out to the HogPlay team if you'd like a hand. (Media Box support on Screens is in development.)

We also stock universal parts that fit the 2007 Harley-Davidson Wide Glide and most other motorcycles — standalone CarPlay screens and universal USB power.

About the 2007 Harley-Davidson Wide Glide

Harley built the Wide Glide as a factory-custom statement, and that low, long stance is still the draw two decades later: a stretched-out fork, forward controls, and a lean solo-seat profile that puts the Twin Cam 96 front and center. It's a bike meant to be ridden and looked at, not buried in brackets and wiring nobody asked for.

That's the thinking behind the HogPlay 7-inch screen. It clamps to the handlebars in minutes, taps into a switched 12V power source and a chassis ground, and that's the whole install — no dash cutting, no fairing to hack apart. The mount reverses too, so a rider running a different bar setup can flip the screen and keep the same clean line the Wide Glide is known for.

The HogPlay Media Screen runs dual Bluetooth, so a 2007 Wide Glide rider can pair a phone for wireless CarPlay or Android Auto on one channel while feeding an auxiliary amp, handlebar speakers, or a portable Bluetooth speaker on the other. Its built-in speaker covers turn-by-turn prompts and light audio solo. The unit is fully sealed and waterproof — rugged enough for whatever weather the Wide Glide rides through.
