The 2006 Harley-Davidson 35th ANV Super Glide marks 35 years since the original 1971 FX Super Glide launched Harley's factory-custom era, wrapped in anniversary badging and built out on the final model year of the air-cooled Twin Cam 88. Like every Dyna of that era, it left the factory with no radio, no screen, and no infotainment of any kind — just bars, gauges, and open road. Harley built the 35th Anniversary Super Glide as a tribute edition, dressing the Dyna platform in special two-tone paint and anniversary tank medallions to mark the model line that kicked off the whole factory-custom movement back in 1971. Under the tank sits the fuel-injected Twin Cam 88, the last season Harley ran that 88-cubic-inch engine before the Twin Cam 96 took over in 2007.
The HogPlay Media Screen mounts right to the handlebars where it's easy to see and reach, wires straight to a switched power source and ground, and needs no cutting or splicing into the factory harness. Because the hookup doesn't care which way the ground runs, the unit is fully reversible — mount it left or right, whichever clears your bars and controls best.
Pair a phone to the HogPlay Media Screen and this 2006 35th ANV Super Glide gets wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto instantly, while a second Bluetooth channel runs at the same time to an auxiliary amp, handlebar speakers, or a portable Bluetooth speaker.
