About 2005 Harley-Davidson

In 2005, Harley's touring bikes — Road Glide, Street Glide, Electra Glide, Ultra, CVO, and Road King — all ran a factory legacy AM/FM head unit built into the fairing, with no digital source or Bluetooth. Softail, Dyna, and Sportster-based models grouped under Softail & Cruiser shipped with no factory stereo at all, leaving a completely open dash.

HogPlay's fix depends on which side of that split your bike falls on: touring riders install an aftermarket CarPlay radio in the factory opening, while cruiser riders add a bar-mounted Media Screen. Open the 2005 Road King or 2005 Road Glide family page for the exact parts list.
