About 2000 Harley-Davidson CVO Models
CVO trim in 2000 meant hand-applied paint, extra chrome, and small-batch production numbers, not different electronics. The CVO Electra Glide, CVO Road Glide, and CVO Street Glide each used the same Harman/Kardon-tuned audio hardware found on the equivalent Ultra and standard touring trims — nicer speakers, same legacy tuner. Nothing about the CVO badge added Bluetooth, a screen, or any way to pair a phone, so the factory dash reads exactly like a base Electra Glide once you look past the paint.
An aftermarket CarPlay radio fits the CVO Electra Glide's fairing the same way it fits the CVO Road Glide's, so CVO owners aren't paying a premium for the upgrade path. Riders protecting an original CVO dash can instead bolt on a Media Screen, keeping the collector-grade factory face completely untouched — a common priority for anyone holding onto CVO resale value down the road.
