The 2017 Harley-Davidson Breakout is drag-strip attitude built for the street — a stretched fat rear tire, low-slung stance, and a raked-out front end that make it one of the most recognizable Softails Harley ever built. Under the tank sits the High Output Twin Cam 103, the last of the Twin Cam era before the Softail line switched to the Milwaukee-Eight in 2018. What the 2017 Breakout never had was a factory infotainment screen, so riders are stuck without navigation or hands-free calls unless they add one.
